🏠About the flat: the flat is 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a seperate toilet and living room. The bedroom comes partly furnished with the bed and bed side drawers (and possibly the big set of drawers and free-standing wardrobe). The windows open to an inner courtyard which is only for maintenance so it’s super quiet which is unreal for such a central location. You would be sharing with a fab kiwi gal in her 30s. Like most kiwis in London she’s often out and about with friends or travelling if she’s not at home. The landlord is super helpful and the neighbours/neighbourhood are super friendly - mostly families and young professionals.

🍃About the area: 7min walk from Old Street Station, 5min walk to Shoreditch Park (lovely in summer ☀️). Tesco Express/Aldi/M&S/Lidl all a short walk away. Regents Canal is also nearby which takes you to Angel or toward Haggerston in the other direction. Hoxton is 2 blocks away with local pubs, food and the Overground.
