We have a weekly cleaner for common areas + we get bulk cleaning products and toiletries and it costs £50-60 pcm on top of the rent.

The available room is the most spacious room in the flat and is free from 10th April.

All bills are included (landlord pays heating, gas, electric, water, council tax, internet wifi & TV license).

There is no lounge room.

This ex. Local Authority flat, is on the top floor of a 16 floor tower block, and hence has great views. It is only 1 min walk from Old Street tube station (Zone 1 Northern Line).

It is within easy walking distance of the City of London; and the excellent pub and restaurant scenes of Hoxton Sq or Angel Upper St.

The flat is in good condition, all the walls were recently re-painted white and the floors have been covered by oak coloured laminate wood flooring. It is laid out all on one level with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a toilet (W/C) / shower room. The flat has fast and unlimited wireless 200 meg broadband internet provided by Virgin Media.

The rent is paid one month in advance and the damage deposit (bond) is the same amount. You would need to pay £2,200 to the landlord before you can move in.

There are three bedrooms and when full, there will be a maximum of three people.
