1 Small double room and 1 Large room available

We have 2 lovely rooms available in a 4 bedroom flat in Old Street
The flat is very neat and always kept as tidy as can be, with a shared living room, dinning area and furnished Kitchen

The flat has amenities such as fridges, a microwave, toaster, stove and oven, washing machine and tumble dryer. It has a separate toilet and shower. The pictures for the bigger room aren’t currently posted but will be soon!

Bills are included in the price, and are posted on a group chat monthly for transparency

The flat is a 7 minute walk to Old street station, a walking distance from Islington, Hoxton and Liverpool Street. It shops such as Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Aldi at walking discuss and great selection of restaurants close by.

References are required but otherwise we’re just two girls wanting to keep a calm, sociable household

About us: Noko (me) is from South Africa and works as a Veterinary Nurse who is always at work and gym, otherwise in the kitchen for 2 hours a week meal prepping. Iveta is Bulgarian and is a floor supervisor at a restaurant, she mostly works evening shifts so sleeps when everyone is waking up lol
