Hey guys, I’m Adam. I’ve been in this room for almost 2 years now and am moving out as I’ve just bought my first apartment. It’s a great room, literally right on Old Street in the heart of Shoreditch. The room has access to a private balcony, small toilet and large storage cupboard. Bills are included in the price, landlord lives in Malta and is reliant on the rent so is super responsive to messages. He’s replaced the toilet, shower and kitchen appliances over the time I’ve been here. The way the place is structured it’s pretty much like your own little studio.
