Lovely single room in Old Street!

Hello! I'm currently in the process of moving out and need someone to take over my room. It's a gorgeous flat, big living room and lovely balcony - lots of light! Two bathrooms and a short walk to old street and Hoxton station. It's incredible and has been a great home for me, just moving with a friend to a nearby area. Need someone to move in the last few days of this month and looking to get started on the process quickly / checks etc! In terms of deposit I'm not exactly sure how much it is but it's between £600 and £900.

You'd be living with Matt and Michelle, both on their mid and late twenties and professionals and overall lovely people. The contract is until July with possibility to extend. Message me to arrange a viewing! :)
