Double room - often as one-bedroom apartment

Hi all,

I’ve recently rented a great two bedroom in Kensington Olympia - W140PR - and have decided to sublet a room due to changing work patterns (yes, the landlord is aware and fine with it). The house is modern and fitted with anything you may need; the highlight is a huge living room which can also serve as a stay-at-home office during office hours!

I travel a lot for work (yes, even during COVID) therefore you will be enjoying the house often times as a - much more affordable - once bedroom. Price is £900 all bills included.

The room is a good size double room, with clothes rack, side table and space to fit in a desk and further space for storage.

I’m looking for someone who’ll take care of the house, friendly but also quite independent. I’m very sociable and relaxed, like to keep the house clean and welcoming! I’d like to find someone with a similar setting who’ll also be willing to share a meal or a glass of wine when we’re both around! Keen to find someone who may also be keen to jointly explore the neighborhood at times! I’m ideally looking for a women professional but very open to hear from anyone interested.

Location: the house is seconds away from Kensington Olympia (district and overground) and within less than 15min walk from district, central, Piccadilly, Hammersmith and city lines.
