Hi! I have a spacious double room going in a cosy and friendly home. The property consists of 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 single), 1 shared bathroom (with bath), large lounge and kitchen and a lovely outside patio which is amazing in the Summer.
The flat is located 3min walk to Kensington Olympia Station or a 10 minute walk to Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith. The location is very quiet and safe, close to Brook Green, Holland Park and High Street Kensington. So much is in walking distance! A few cosy pubs and restaurants a few minutes away.
I work full time (at home at the moment) and looking for someone on a short term basis due to some renovations happening in the future and then the house is up for sale. The room is available from May.
I have a peaceful home and looking for someone respectful but also up for cooking together, watching films and generally hanging out when both around!
