Seeking Roommates for Two Separate Rooms

Hey gals & guys,

This is a cute 3 story home share and am seeking roommates for two of the bedrooms which will available from end of May till end of September.

I am a tenant, currently residing on the property in one of 3 rooms with my cute indoor kitty, Esco, who follows me around everywhere :)

Location and transport:
The house in on a quite road right off the main street and less than a minute away from multiple bus stops. Kensington Olympia station and West Kensington station are also within minutes walk. Literally across the street we have a late night kiosk and Tesco is also 2 minutes away. The post office is also within a minutes walk of the property. Highstreet Kensington is about 20 minutes walk and 10 minutes on the bus.

The property:
The house has very large windows which allow for plenty of light. There is central heating, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. On the first floor is the communal kitchen and living room/tv room. On the second floor is the shared bathroom which is not huge but fairly spacious with a lot of cupboard space and bath/shower. My room is also on this floor along with one of the available bedrooms (Bedroom 1). On the third floor is the other available room (Bedroom 2) which boasts a walk-in closet. All rooms are pretty big and well furnished with plenty storage.

A little about myself:
I am a super friendly and helpful tenant who would like everyone to feel at home in this space with open communication. I'm down for a night of socialising but also love me alone time so you probably won't see too much of me :P I currently am a psychology student and work at Equinox Kensington.

Extra costs:
internet is 10.27 pcm per room,
gas & electric is 26ish pcm per room,
I don't pay council tax as a full-time student so that's on you if you're not.
