Double room available in spacious flat

Hi potential flatmate!

I have a spare double room available in an amazing garden flat - move in date is negotiable! The flat is very spacious with lots of storage, living space, utility room with washer/dryer, kitchen with dishwasher and so on, large back garden and smaller yard at the front. The flat has its own private door, sheds and has parking available! The spare room has direct access to the garden, fully furnished with large built in wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers and room for a desk and other furniture in or outside the room! (Note, most of the furniture in the living room (apart from TV and large sofa) will be replaced with new furniture before you move in!)

The location is ideal for those after a balanced lifestyle! Brook Green (centrally located between Kensington, Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush) is residential and quiet, with that West London “feel” but only 10 minutes access to Holland Park for the lockdown walks/runs, 10 minute access to Shepherd’s Bush Westfield for post lockdown shopping (also extremely useful central line taking you straight to central London or the City!) and 15-30 minutes to Hammersmith / Kensington / Notting Hill / Fulham / Thames River for bars, restaurants, longer strolls down the River and whatever takes your fancy! Many local supermarkets and so on - there is actually a fresh produce market twice a week on our road too!

For your sins, you will probably want to know a bit about me. I’m in my late 20s, male and work as lawyer in the City (outside of lockdown where I work from home). I try and live a balanced lifestyle between working hard, healthy eating, going out to the gym, for a run, walk or bike ride and socialising with friends at a local pub or restaurant or comedy club. I love travelling (hopefully again soon?!) and exploring new places.

In a new flatmate, I’m looking for someone who has a similar approach to living a balanced life, easy going, clean/tidy, social and respectful - all things I will return :)
