Lovely bright spare room available in period mansion block in Olympia.

My name is George and I'm looking for a new tenant to join me from 29th March 2024 as my current flatmate is leaving.

The flat is genuinely a lovely place to live with a shared living room, bathroom and kitchen area. All the rooms are connected giving it an open and spacious feel where the light reaches.

There is plenty of space for two people to cohabit comfortably. I don't work from the flat so you'd have free reign from about 8-6 on a weekday, so if you need the space to work from home you easily could.

My current is only leaving because his circumstances has change.
