1 Large Room 5 Mins Walk Away from Olympia

Hi everyone! We are looking for another female to join our lovely 3 storey flat in Kensington :) We are a quiet household that likes to socialize and chat with roommates, but also like our free time. It is a 6 month takeover (ends in August) with the option to extend until October.

The flat has a private rooftop, as you can see in the photos, dinning room, living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. We also have a lovely landlord and agency that owns the property.

We are well situated near several tube stops. We are a 5 minute walk away from Olympia, 10 mins from West Kensington, 12 minutes away from Baron’s Court, and 17 minutes away from Hammersmith. There’s also several shops nearby such as the giant Tesco, Sainsburys, Lidl, etc.

Bills usually fluctuate, but in the summer it will be about £90-£100 more on top of rent, and in winter, about £150-£160. Bills include council tax, water, gas/energy, and Wi-Fi.
