A decent sized furnished double room at a popular location. We're overlooking the Olympic park green and have a number of stores / amenities on our doorstep.

5 minute walk to the westfield / stratford underground and the Olympic park is on your doorstep. If you cycle commute into the city it's very easy to get onto the cycle highway.

We have a large living area that is kept clean and you will be sharing the bathroom with 1 other flat mate. We have a particularly large balcony which can be used for plenty of things, i personally use it for training during the summer.

Flat mates are nice, conversational and respectful of your space.

moved to a zero deposit scheme which means you have no up front deposit payment to make. They also maintain all fittings in the flat so there's zero hassle.

Bills come to approximately £70 p/month which is not included in the rent.

Flats contract is till end of Jan 2020. This means you'll have the option to leave without finding a replacement, or you a renew the contract. One of the other tenants is intending to stay and renew.
The room is actually £911 per month, however as i need to move out to my other property I'm willing to pay a lump sum upon signing that will take the rent down to £811. Rent can then be negotiated with the other flat mates when the contract renews.
