I’m looking for a sociable and tidy housemate to join me in this gorgeous 2 bed apartment in the Olympic Park, Stratford! Viewings are highly recommended as my photography skills aren’t the best!

About the flat:
A spacious 2 bed flat with a large kitchen (which includes a large fridge/freezer and dishwasher), 2 sofas and all furniture included. It boasts a lovely big balcony overlooking the peaceful courtyard. It also has a utilities room with a washer/dryer. The available room has a large double wardrobe, 2 bed side tables, a chest of drawers and a lovely sized en-suite room.

The property is managed through GetLiving who are great at fixing any issues and it means there’s no deposit which is a massive plus!

About me:
I’m a solicitor working in the City! I love sharing a glass of wine in front of the tv, chilling watching a film or popping to the pub with friends during the week and I’m respectful of personal space as well. I also like to go to the gym or do a park run.

I’m looking for a similar housemate who will treat the flat like a home and keep it nice and clean. At the weekends I’m often quite busy seeing friends, my boyfriend (as he lives in Bristol so often visits at the weekend) or visiting family but when I’m around I like to chill and socialise. It would be great to find someone similar!

About the area:
Stratford is so well connected getting to central London in 7 minutes and is on lots of different tube lines so it’s perfect for commuting. The Olympic Park is such a lovely area to live as there’s always lots to do whether it’s visiting the restaurants, strolling about the vast park, getting involved in sports or shopping in Westfields!
