We’re looking for a new housemate to come and live with us in the Olympic Village. Room available anytime from 1 August to 30 August, although can arrange earlier move-in if necessary.

Ideally looking for someone in their mid-to-late twenties/early thirties who works in London, is clean and considerate but also good fun!

Flat:
Three-storey townhouse, with one bedroom on ground floor, open-plan kitchen, dining and living room on second floor (with access to outdoor decking area and communal green space) and three bedrooms and family bathroom on third floor. Secure underground car parking and bike storage available.

The bedroom has a double bed, large built-in wardrobe and comes with a bedside table and large chest of drawers. The bathroom is only shared with one other housemate as the others are en-suites.

Housemates:
Lara is 27 and a news reporter, Geoff is 29 and works in political journalism and Ian is 30 and an editor at a legal journal.

We’ve been living together for four years and although we like our own space, we like hanging out together, cooking group dinners etc.

Rent (Internet included) - £811 pcm

Transport:
Stratford DLR - five minute walk
Stratford Tube (Jubilee, Central, Overground, DLR, National Rail, TfL Rail) - 15 minute walk

Surrounding area:
Although more restaurants and bars are popping up, the Olympic Village is still pretty quiet. The area is very chilled and a good break from central London.

There are three parks within a mile, as well as the River Lea and Regent’s Canal.
You can walk to the bars/restaurants in Hackney Wick, which is great in the summer.
