I have a beautiful bright and big bedroom available in this 2-bed flat on the 2nd floor of Taffata House. The room comes furnished with triple wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables, and a large private bathroom. The flat is brand new and will be furnished with new carpets and a fresh lick of paint before move in. The balcony is huge (bigger than most balconies in the East Village) and stretches around 2 sides of the flat. the kitchen/diner/lounge is open plan.

Room is available on 8th August, and I am looking to begin the contract and move in then. Please inbox re: move in date - WE GET 2 WEEKS FREE from the contract start date, so there is a 2 week lenience from 8th August, so as long as you sign for 8th August you don’t pay anything until 22nd.

I have advertised the room for couples as it makes it affordable for me too, however if you are an individual and comfortable paying the advertised price then that is also fine.

NO DEPOSIT!! you just have to pass canopy referencing checks & and as a couple collectively be earning over £28,875 p/a or have a guarantor earning over £57,750 (this would incur a 5 week deposit too).

Close to tube stations with easy access to everywhere. Get Living London are great, they have a maintenance team and sort anything out that may need fixing, and have a security team to keep tenants safe.

A bit about me:
My name is Eve, I am 28 and originally from Leicester but have lived in London for 3 years. I work full-time as a PE teacher. I have lived in share flats many times before & would ideally like to live with friendly like-minded people who are happy to chat but also respect each other's need for space and a clean, tidy environment. I would most likely be away from the flat a couple of nights per week!

Wifi is free, all other bills are not included & I would ideally be looking for a couple happy to be in charge of the bills. By signing this contract we are eligible for 2 weeks of free rent!

The rent is £1175 for the room so £587.50 each plus bills
