I'm looking for a lodger for a large double room in my two-bedroom/one bathroom flat in the East Village (E20). The flat is on the fifth floor of a new-build and is fully furnished, with underfloor heating, 150Mbps fibre-optic internet, washing machine/tumble dryer and a fitted kitchen including a dishwasher.

The flat is located within a 10 minute walk of Stratford station with Central line, Jubilee line, DLR, London Overground and National Rail services and less than 5 minutes walk from Stratford International with high speed services to St Pancras International and Kent and the DLR.

We are also within walking distance of a whole range of amenities:
