Hi Everyone!

We have a lovely double room in our 2 bed flat in the heart of the Olympic Park that is becoming available from late early February. The room is large, newly decorated and furnished, which takes in lots of sunlight. The rent would be £900 (including bills and a cleaner twice a month), or for a Monday- Friday rental £750 (arriving Sunday-leaving Friday lunch, again including bills).

The rest of the flat is brand-spanking new in which we take great pride in and the Olympic Park is a great place to live! Stratford International station (which also includes a DLR stop), and recently became zone 2, is 5 mins walk away, with high-speed rail taking you to St Pancras in under 7 minutes! Stratford station is 10 mins walk from the flat (if you’re feeling lazy you can jump on the DLR to Stratford!) and provides access to the Jubilee line, Central line and National Rail/Overground services. Westfield's is a short 5min walk away as is a local Sainsbury's. The olympic village has an abundance of independent retailers including coffee shops, restaurants and watering holes.

A little bit about us

I am from Durham originally and a PE teacher working in Tower Hamlets, whilst Fabs is from London and works as a Management Consultant. In our spare time we spend a lot of time playing sport and keeping fit, We love to travel and explore the world. We are very social people and love to host dinners with our friends. However when we aren't doing that we also love a big cosy night in!

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is considerate, fun and generally easy-going, that can be a friend as well as a housemate (our last three housemates are now what we would consider as some of our best friends who we still see on a regular basis). All we ask is that you keep the communal areas clean and tidy and are respectful of our home to which we hope you too will also make your home.
