One month let: Double room in large, homely flat

Hello! I have a double room midway between Oval and Stockwell tube stations (both 5 min walk, zone 2), and easy walking distance to Vauxhall (10 min walk, zone 1). 15-20 min from the door to Central London.

Letting for one month (can be slightly flexible about the length) while I'm away.

The room is large and bright (see photos). Furnished with: bed, bedside table, desk and chair, shelves/bookcase. Can also furnish bedding if required.

The flat is in a 1960s council block. Benefits of this include big, bright rooms; solid, sound-resistant walls; warm in winter, cool in summer; and great views to the north and south. It's a friendly building with good relations between the neighbours.

There is also: one other bedroom (one flatmate - Operations Manager in a school), kitchen, toilet, bathroom, large comfortable living room and a sunny, south-facing balcony. Smoking is fine on the balcony.

Rent includes all bills and service charge; deposit is £350.

In terms of location: less than 5 minutes to shops (including a Lidl) and places to eat and go out, gym just across the street. Apart from tube, buses 155 and 333 from right outside the building: 10 minutes to Clapham, Brixton, Elephant, the river…
