The flat is part of the new Oval Quarter development and is situated within easy walking distance to Oval station and a 15min walk to Brixton or Loughborough Junction station. It’s a lovely development just over the road from Myatts Field Park and a serene part of London. I’ve lived in Brixton and the area for several years and there’s always new things to discover and do.

The flat is beautifully light and airy, has three bedrooms, a living room and large kitchen area and plenty of storage space. It will only be the two us living here, and much more space than a two bed flat!

There’s a spacious balcony which is the perfect place to sit and eat breakfast or relax at the weekends. The room is a large double and comes fully furnished including a desk and office chair.

I’m a friendly and bubbly professional and I own my own business in Tech and diversity, equity and inclusion consulting. I enjoy eating out with friends and cooking up different dishes at home.

I’m a laid back person who likes to relax in the evenings and have a chat over dinner. I live a chilled lifestyle and would love to share my home with someone else who appreciates the quiet evenings at home, the odd after work chat debrief, would be up for sometimes cooking together and venturing out occasionally to take advantage of some of the local coffee shops.

The rent is £1,400 per calendar month including all bills (and a cleaner!)

There’s also access to a secure bike shed.
Parking is available on the street with a permit during the week and is free at weekends.
