Double room in cosy, nicely decorated flat in Oval. Bright and furnished room with double bed, in-built shelves and desk, and chest of drawers. We have a personalised and cosy living-room.

We're two friends looking for a roommate to join us in a house share. We're all creative professionals and are easy-going, sociable and friendly. We like to spend time together but we also love our own space.

We have a great landlord, the flat is very good value. Excellent location in Zone 2, right next to Oval tube station with access to the Northern Line, and 5-10 minute walk to Vauxhall Station with the train, and tube links on the Victoria line. 5 minute walk into Kennington village with restaurants and pubs. We're a few minutes walk away from big Tesco, and there's Kennington Park just across the road.

The bills come to a total of slightly less than £100 a month.
