I am having to leave my wonderful flatshare after 6 years. The flat is in a wonderful location, 8 mins walk from Oval station, 10 mins walk from Stockwell station and 12 mins walk from Vauxhall station. Lidl and Tesco supermarkets are all within an 8 min walk from the flat and Puregym's flagship gym is a 7 min walk from the flat.
Both girls who are currently residing in the flat are from New Zealand, but have been living here for a few years now. It would suit a female, who wants to live somewhere long term, who does not mind keeping things quiet during the week, who is tidy and considerate but enjoys sitting and chatting over dinner or unwinding in front of the tv or a good box set every now and then.
The flat has one bathroom, two toilets and plenty of storage. The room itself has 3 wardrobes.
Both girls are into their fitness and hit up the gym most days but enjoy a drink at the weekend.
