This is a spacious 2 bedroom house with plenty of storage, parking out front and a garden backing on to a quiet green. There is a downstairs WC and under the stairs closet, the kitchen is a great size for cooking and hosting friends.

Your room is a large double that is bright with lots of space for wardrobes and other furniture and is the largest room in the house, the bedroom comes unfurnished but the rest of the house comes with the furniture seen in the photos and was bought by me when i moved in 4 years ago. The current housemate is selling some of the bedroom furniture so there is an option to purchase. All white goods included and the bath has a wonderful powerful shower over.

The house is on a quiet terraced street approximately 8 minutes walk from Oval station (Northern line) and is a 4 minute walk away from the Kennington Pub which does a mean sunday roast! The 36, 436 and 185 bus route is nearby and there is a tesco express and co-op 5 minutes away.

Im a female professional working in Cyber security, i work from home these days but usually in office and i'm a clean, quiet and respectful roommate.
I love to chill in the garden in the summer and be the hostess to BBQ parties and having friends round for dinner and wine.
Im looking for another professional to share with and ideally who also loves a good BBQ aswell as a quiet night in.

I am looking for someone who is easy going, friendly and of a similar age - between 30-40 but happy if you're not. Ideally I would like someone who is considerate, fun, tidy and happy to hang out in the house and equally doing their own thing.

I do have a dog so you must also be an animal lover but don’t worry, I am a very clean and respectful housemate, it will always be immaculate and she is fully house trained and a very placid and quiet dog.

The house is not run by an agency but a lovely landlady so no agency fees and we are flexible on moving in date as the current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend slowly so if you'd like to move in slightly earlier that may be possible.

Bills are not included in the price of rent and are £150 extra, bills include Sky TV and broadband, council tax, electricity, gas, water and tv license.
