Double Room in Sociable Oval House Share

Double room available in a sociable 7-bed house situated 10 minutes from Oval station and 15 minutes from the centre of Brixton.

The room: good sized double on the 2nd floor of the house with double bed, wardrobe and two sets of drawers.

The house: a big 3 floor house with good storage, great communal areas and a small garden (great for BBQs). It has 3 bathrooms and all the kitchen things like toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, George Foreman grill. The landlord is great and responds to any issues immediately.

(Most importantly) the people: you'll be joining 6 great 24-29 year olds who I have loved living with. They are all young professionals who enjoy hanging out together in and out of the house. They enjoy going to the pub or a night out together, but also love a night in, watching documentaries or films. They all work normal hours so are looking for a young professional also working full-time. There are 4 girls and 2 guys, so we are looking for a guy to keep the balance.

The location: the house is really well-connected, a 10 minute walk from Oval tube station, 15 minute walk from Stockwell station, a 15 minute walk from the centre of Brixton and a 10 minute walk to Camberwell. For shops, the house is opposite a Spar, 5 minutes to Tesco and Coop and 15 minutes walk to the Stockwell Lidl.

The other stuff: rent and bills (including everything - wifi, a cleaner every fortnight etc) come to £672 per month. Move in date is 28/29th November, and we'll be arranging viewings and a chance to meet the housemates.
