It is in a nicely decorated 3 Bed Split level flat with a large living room, separate kitchen, WC and garden on the ground floor and the 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the first floor. The flat is located approximately 5 mins walk from Oval underground station and approximately 7 minutes walk from either Stockwell or Vauxhall.
This is a gay friendly house, I am Italian and work in the travel industry, the other guy is English and works in E-Commerce. We are looking for another young professional male to share the flat. IMPORTANT, the room is for single occupancy and no parties allowed.
The rent is GBP 670 per calendar month, plus GBP 600 deposit. The rent includes all the bills, Broadband and the basic cleaning products needed for our twice a month cleaner which is also included in the rent. There is some flexibility with the moving in date.
