I have a fabulous double room to rent on Eythorne road starting March 5th as my wonderful housemate of is moving on to move in with a girlfriend. The flat is modern, airy and is located on the 3rd floor facing Eythorne park. I have have an en suite so barely use the main bathroom which is much bigger!

The space
The main room is an open-plan living room and equipped kitchen with views of the park. Feel free to curl up on the sofas with the cat and watch the large TV, play music on the Alexa or get some work done at the writing desk. The plant-filled balcony is covered and has a heater so can be used in all weathers. Eat your breakfast overlooking a beautiful green park! The flat is also fully accessible with large lift and you can park right outside.

I'm looking for someone who's professional and outgoing for a minimum of 3 months.

£850 All bills are included, heating, water, council tax, netflix, amazon prime, now TV as well as a cleaner that comes every week who also does the ironing.
