Lovely Bright Double Room

I am looking for a friendly professional female to take over my room, I sadly leaving the house as i am going travelling so am looking for a lovely replacement.

There are currently 3 girls living in the house that work full time during the week so are busy but also make time to cook together. They love to go out socialising and keeping active at the weekends and also enjoy a wine!

The room is one of four and is definitely one of the best in the house. It's very bright with two big windows covering one of the walls. There is a double bed with built in dressing tables/storage cupboards to the side and above the bed.

Wardrobes are also built in and along one wall so that saves on space with mirrors covering all the wardrobes!

There is also a double chest of drawers unit which is extremely useful if you have plenty of clothes :)

Bills:
Council tax is around £52 each
and then Broadband/water/electric/TV license come to about another £40ish

There are two further rooms available to if you are looking with friends then this could be perfect! So please let me know.

Oval tube station is a 5-8 min walk about with Vauxhall a max 20 min walk and Kennington & Brixton a 10-15 min walk.
The tube line is the Northern line so it has excellent connections.
Also plenty of bus routes!

Two other girls as mentioned above are also moving due to a change of job (so the location is no longer ideal) but are moving in together so if your looking singularly or with a group this could be perfect :) more info provided on enquiry.
