A double room is available in friendly and sociable professional flat share within a peaceful and well kept gated development about 8 minutes walk from Oval tube.

It's a fully furnished three storey house about a year ago. On the ground floor there is a good kitchen, decent sized living room and conservatory/ dining room. There is also a small terrace area at the back. The available room is on the second floor of the house, sharing a bathroom with the other bedroom on the top floor.

I am moving out of the flat, but am hoping to find a suitable replacement to live with a Scottish girl and two lads. One is a teacher, one in banking and the other is in marketing for a well known food delivery company.

The flat is pretty sociable and we sometimes cook and eat together, go for beers or just chill out. While we're not always around - a lot of the time at weekends you might have the flat to yourself - I think we need someone who wants to get involved.

Money-wise, rent and bills included everything come in at about £820 a month. Rent is £720 paid on the 7th of the month, and you would take responsibility for Wendy our lovely cleaner who is paid £25 a week and broadband. The other guys pay all the other bills - electricity, council tax, gas etc - which works out everyone paying the same amount on utilities (£100 a month).
