Double bed in 2 bed flat Oval/Stockwell

I am leaving my lovely flat in Oval which I share with my sister and am looking for somebody to fill my place. The flat is a Victorian conversion 2 bed flat, 5-10 minutes walk from oval station and 15 minutes from Stockwell so has great links to central London and beyond.

It is available from 1st March 2020. Deposit is roughly 5 weeks rent and will need to be transferred between myself and the new tenant (can confirm amount over message). The contract will end in mid October therefore the lease will be for around 7 months; with opportunity for whoever moves in to keep it on longer if they wish to renew and fill the second room.

It has a shared dining/kitchen area as can be seen in the pictures and one bathroom. My room is the smaller of the 2 rooms, however it has amazing storage which makes up for the size - see pictures. The flat is fully furnished as well as having crockery, kitchenware and cooking utensils that will be staying in the flat when I leave.

The cost is 800pcm and 92pcm for bills - this includes gas, electricity, council tax and broadband. There is a water bill that we pay every 3 months which is usually around 70 pounds.

My Sister Anna is an outgoing sociable person aged 29 who enjoys reading, going out to exhibitions and shows and socialising. She is in quite a demanding job, therefore is often late home from work during the weekdays and as she is very sociable is often out at the weekends. However, she will be in the flat 2-3 nights a week.

We are looking for a young professional aged between 25 and 35. Female would be preferred but male is fine if suitable. The flat has been like a home for the past 2 years and Anna would like to keep it that way, therefore we are looking for someone clean who is going to look after the flat and her belongings like they are their own.
