Hello!

This is a large contemporary flat with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each bedroom & bathroom is situated on its own independent floor, giving a lot of privacy. The available en-suite double bedroom is very spacious and comes with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobes and a smart TV. The room also has its own balcony!

The bills (water, council tax, broadband, insurance and TV license) are included except for gas and electricity. This is because gas and electricity is based on monthly consumption and can vary each month. However, it usually comes up to around £15 - £20 each per month. We also have a cleaner that comes once a month and this comes up to around £10 each.

The flat is around 5 minutes walk from Oval tube station and it has easy access to the City and central London (around 10 minutes away from Leicester Square by tube). There are also buses that can take you to most areas in London. There are also many parks in the area like Kennington Park, Vauxhall Park, Myatt's Fields, etc. Location wise, it is amazing!

We have a Pomeranian x Maltese dog living in the flat (the real landlord), so dog lovers are a must! We enjoy socializing together occasionally but we respect your space and privacy as well.
