The flat is fairly new and fully furnished, with a large and bright living room with a bow window. There are two bathrooms, and plenty of storage space. The flat is in a beautiful mansion with a back garden with bicycle racks and tables for BBQs.

The building is located in a very nice and quiet street.
Public transport is close by, with Oval station about a 7 mins walk and Stockwell about 12 mins away.
There are also lots of buses going to Vauxhall, Clapham, Brixton, Victoria and Holborn.

The price is £755 per month plus bills (approx. £80 for heating, hot-water, electricity, council tax and WiFi). The deposit is £755. There will be a one-off charge of GBP 50 for using things bought for the house (e. g. hoover, plates, etc.), and you will get the money back when you will leave.

The flat has two other bedrooms so you will be sharing with Levi and Dimitry, young professionals from different nationalities. This is a gay household so hopefully you are gay or gay friendly.
