I am looking for someone to replace me in our flat!
We are a friendly bunch of professionals looking for someone who will fit the bill. We have been here for up to 7 years so we will be able to answer all of your questions, concerns and point you in the direction of the best local takeaways.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desks and bedside table.. It overlooks the shared garden and has its own balcony with epic sunrise views (if you're an early bird).

The house has a great sized fully fitted kitchen, lounge and terrace patio so there's loads of communal space.

We have a main bathroom upstairs and then also a separate toilet downstairs so there are never any queues!

The rent is £596 + Bills and council tax. Deposit is roughly a month's rent.
