Double bed room with it's own toilet

I am looking for someone to replace me in our flat!
We are a friendly bunch of professionals looking for someone who will fit the bill. We have been here for up to 3 years so we will be able to answer all of your questions, concerns and point you in the direction of the best local takeaways.

The flat is located 7 minutes away from Oval tube station (Northern Line), 5 minutes bus ride to Brixton station (Victoria line) and 5 minutes walking distance from lots of bus stops. The neighbourhood is very quiet as we are only one street away from Brixton road so we don't get the buzz of the busy street.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and bedside table. The big plus of this room is that the toilet next to it is traditionally used only by the person in this room.

The house has a great sized fully fitted kitchen, lounge and terrace patio so there's loads of communal and storage space. Carpet in all the communal areas and rooms was replaced one year ago.

The monthly rent for this room is 560£ per month and you have to add approximately 80£ for all bills (fast broadband, electricity, water, council tax) and cleaner.

The deposit is 825£

The moving can be flexible (during the course of September)
