It is a very peaceful area with a large green park nearby (100m)

The townhouse has 4 floors whereas yourself can use the first 2 floors, ground floor with entrance, laundry room and home gym as well as the first floor with your double room/ your private bathroom and shared kitchen.

The room itself contains an extendable single bed (converts into double bed) with storage below. Furthermore there is a big shelving unit and hanging wardrobe to maximize the space and storage capacity. A hanging rail, a desk with some drawers and a chair.

Nearest tube stations in walking distance: Oval tube station (Northern) in 10 minutes, Stockwell (Victoria and Northern) in 15 minutes Brixton tube station (Victoria) in 15 minutes

The kitchen has all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, American fridge freezer) and is fully equipped.

About us: we are young professionals 27 years old (French) and 32 years old (German) who work in finance and software engineering. We love cinema, Netflix and Sport. We are also very social and love to meet and chat with friends.

We are looking for someone who is like minded, sociable and respects the space of other people. We lived in flat-shares before so we are pretty laid back and open-minded. We love to have a chat here and there, playing games or do sport together.
