Double Room in Great Location

Flat
Bright, spacious 1st floor flat with plenty of shared storage. There's a large living room with shared tv, liquor collection and balcony, which we have BBQs on in the summer. Large kitchen with gas hobs, plenty of storage and washing machine. Bills are roughly £60-80 a month.

Room
Small double room available from 1st of March. The room will have a chest of drawers, double bed and desk. [274 x 249 cm with 56 x 108 cm nook with desk currently] We are also painting the room this weekend so it will all be magnolia (will update with pictures) and marked the price down since the whole pandemic thing.

Location
The flat is very well connected: 9 minute walk to Vauxhall tube, 5 min to Oval tube. Sainsbury’s/Lidi/gyms/parks in 10-15 min walk, Cycle superhighways or Santander docks on our doorstep, if that’s your thing. Neighbours have very cute dogs. The neighbourhood is very quiet despite its central location.

Flatmates
Our current flatmate, is setting out on his own. You would be living with James, Meg and Katie. A bit about us. James enjoys cooking, binging TV shows, and a casual cycle. Meg’s interests include rugby, Disney and just generally being Irish. Katie is American, enjoys running, and is always on the look out for cute dogs. We are all currently working from home. Before Miss Rona, we used to like hosting groups of 6+ every now and then, fingers crossed for the Spring.

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone sociable, tidy and easy-going to join our fun-loving flat. You're hopefully up some chat in the living room or going to the Tuesday pub quiz across the road….eventually.

The room is available from 1st March although that is flexible so please hit us up if you're interested.
