My flatmate is moving in with her partner which means a furnished large double room is available in a spacious 2 bedroom 2 storey flat in Oval with easy connections to all of London. Brixton is just a 15 minute bus ride or 30 minute walk away, with Clapham just a couple of tube stops away and only 15 minutes to Waterloo with great connections to all of London! (excellent for when we're out of the lockdown)

Rent:
£823.50 per month with bills of approximately £100-150 incl. internet, gas & electric, a cleaner, water (depending on time of year i. e. heating)

The Room:
The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, bedside table, a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe (with a mirror on the inside door).

The Flat:
The flat is in a gated building and is fully furnished with a shared kitchen/dinning room, living room, bathroom (with bath and overhead shower) and mini balcony. Also all appliances are included with a dishwasher, fridge & freezer, washing machine, gas cooker and electric oven with a shared storage cupboard.

The Area:
We have a gorgeous local park, Kennington Park which is a 5 minute walk away (a lifesaver during all the national lock downs!) and a nice local high street with coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants, hair, beauty stores and one of the best Italian deli/restaurant outside of Italy (incredible stone-baked pizzas).

Housemate:
You will be sharing with me, I'm a 30 year old marketer who has been at the property for 2 very happy years and I'm looking to replace my friend who is leaving to move in with her boyfriend. I'm a sociable person, you can always count on me to be up for a netflix and wine night but also like a nice balance of doing my own thing.

Availability:
