Double room in a friendly flat share in Oval

Hello! We’re Freya (27) and Skye (29), and we’re looking for one more lovely person to join our 3 bed flat in Oval in June.

*A bit about the place/room*
The room is a small furnished double with lots of storage. The rest of the flat is spacious with high ceilings, a huge living room and and the kitchen is also nicely sized and separate to the living area - there's a dining table in the kitchen and also a balcony which tends to get used for dinner/drinks/reading when the sun's out! The bathroom is split with a toilet in one and sink and bath shower next to it. We have a shared patio garden with other flats.

The flat is located about 7 mins from Oval station (it's about a 15 min walk to Stockwell for the Victoria line). The area feels safe to walk around at night, and has some good local independent things as well as two Tescos really close by. Great proximity to Vauxhall/Brixton/South Bank/Camberwell/Clapham. Kennington Park is round the corner and there’s a gym 5 mins away.

Rent is 833, and then council tax is around 50 and bills maybe 30ish. The tenancy will start on 20th June and run to 20th September, but could be extended.

We met on SpareRoom in 2021 and moved in with another flatmate who is now going travelling.

Skye:
I'm 29 and I work in theatre PR, wfh a few days a week. Love cooking when I make the time and have a strong recipe book collection. Most likely to be found at a gallery or food market, and also enjoy running, theatre, and keeping the houseplants happy.

Freya:
I work in public health, wfh 2 days a week. Like cooking but Skye is definitely better, and am pescatarian. I’m an avid reader with a mild book buying obsession so always plenty to borrow, and enjoy running and going to the gym.
