Double room -Oval 1- 3 week or part month rent

I am seeking somebody on a long-term basis to stay in my room (I am usually out of the country for half the month) for a minimum of 7 to 20 days (rent negotiable base din a per day per month agreement including bills (I live in between two locations, one being this flat in London )the flat is a beautiful newly renovated Victorian conversion only 2 minutes walk from Oval Underground station or 7 mins walk from Stockwell Underground station.
The person who takes the room will help with the bills and mortgage😊 and offer somebody a great flexible, high-standard flat to leave their stuff without having to move around much. I am ideally looking for somebody who is looking for this type of arrangement long-term
The room is available on a 7 20 -to 20-day basis per month ( one to three weeks per month ) and would suit somebody who needs to live or work in London for part of the month, but wants the lack of hassle of moving around (plenty or wardrobe space, under bed storage, a kitchen cupboard and shelve in the bathroom which can make travelling much easier.
The flat is set within a network of quiet, leafy residential with close shops (Tesco, Newsagents, Cafes and Pure Gym)
Shared Space in the house is a large living room, and kitchen (with all modern cons). Rent includes all bills and high-speed broadband plus cleaner.
The large bedroom has a king-size bed, office desk and chair in the corner, full-length mirror, quiet room and safe area / flat.
Towels and changed linen are available for each stay monthly
