Short term let near Oval until 20th May

The room is available from now until 20th May.

There is a double bed, wardrobe with drawers, bedside cabinet, bookshelf, desk with chair, sideboard and other bits of furniture to store things. There is also a clothes rail if needed and storage space under the bed and on top of the wardrobe.

The flat is a decent size, big bathroom with cupboards and drawers and a kitchen with all the usual appliances such as microwave, air fryer, washing machine etc.

The flat is between Brixton Road and Clapham Road so there are loads of buses ( 3, 59, 133, 155, 159, 333, 415) as well as Oval tube and Stockwell tube both about 10 minutes walk.

You'll be sharing the flat with me, I'm a tutor so my hours vary every week. I'm in and out a lot, happy to chat but at the same time, respectful of other people's privacy.

I also have a cat but he's quite shy and won't bother you.

The room is for one person only. There is no shared living room and only one bathroom. Just looking for someone who is clean and only in London for a short time.

Price including all bills is £600 from now until 20th May.
