I’m looking for a female flatmate to take a bright double room in a 2-bed garden flat.

The room is compact but well laid out, with a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe, and its own private shower room. It’s best suited to someone working hybrid or mostly from the office, as there isn’t space for a desk - but you’re very welcome to work from the shared living/dining area.

A bit about me: I’m a 31-year-old female and have lived in the flat for nearly 4 years, sharing with a mix of friends and SpareRoom flatmates. I enjoy the occasional catch-up or TV evening, but also value personal space and a relaxed home environment.

Bills: Usually just under £200 per person/month, including council tax (Band D), electricity, heating, WiFi, and water.
