Hi I'm Henry (the current tenant) looking to find a new tenant for my lovely double bedroom in a spacious and lovely flat. I am moving in with my partner (hence moving out).

The flat is shared with one other housemate who is male. I am looking for a tenant to replace me who is a working professional. The ideal tenant is not looking for a party house but a nice place to come home to after a tough day at work. Social is always a plus as there is a very spacious shared living room, but also someone who respects the need for privacy and space.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living in the flat as my housemate is very easy going and friendly and enjoys being sociable. The flat is spacious and very bright and airy with beautiful large windows in every room.

The rent is £867 a month with an additional £100-120 approx bills. The room is fully furnished (includes brand new extremely comfortable mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside cabinet), with a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. The flat is only a short distance from Oval station (approx 5-10min walk) and also Stockwell station (approx 10 minutes walk). There is a very convenient Tesco less than 5 minutes away and also a large Lidl in Stockwell.

The flat is perfectly situated with lovely restaurants, shops and nightlife short distances away in Kennington and Brixton.

Council tax - band C

The property will be available mid May.
