Beautiful double room in flatshare in Oval

We are a mostly POC house. Looking for a fourth housemate in our flatshare in Oval in a partially furnished double room. You would have to source your own clothes storage as we are currently converting one of the rooms with an in-built wardrobe into the living room as it has a balcony overlooking the cricket oval so functions better as a communal space. Bed, bookshelf, and desk are provided (bed and desk not pictured).

We are ideally looking for someone who is tidy, responsible and willing to pitch in towards flat maintenance. We are easy-going and have no hard requirements about flat behaviour (you can have friends round, you can also hermit). We value discernment and mutual respect, and honour that we are all adults and individuals and move appropriately. We also have a cat so please be aware if you have any allergies/discomforts!

Located under 5 minutes walk from Oval (Northern) and 10 minutes from Vauxhall (Victoria/train). Santander bike docking station just behind the property. Also 5 minutes from Kennington and Vauxhall parks with loads of supermarkets and restaurants in the area.
