Sadly my flatmate is moving out to move in with his partner so I’m looking for a like-minded and sociable professional to take the bigger bedroom in my cosy yet spacious 2-bed!

Located literally one minute away from Oval station (northern line), this is arguably the best located flat in London, with buses to Westminster, Victoria, Clapham and Brixton all within a 2 mins walk, and Vauxhall station being a short 10 minute walk away. There is a PureGym 2 mins away and a Tesco Express and Lidl just down the road. We have a fair few pubs nearby and Kennington Park around us which is great in the summer.

The flat is on the first floor and on one level with a shared kitchen, living room and one large bathroom. There is also a Juliet balcony off the living room. The available bedroom is really quite spacious, with a king sized bed and more than enough room for a desk! Comes with a built in wardrobe, two bedside tables and a standalone wardrobe too.

You’ll be sharing with me (Gagandeep). I’m a 26 (almost 27) year old civil servant and work from home around twice a week. I’ve lived here for a year and I absolutely love it, I very much see it as a home and I’m looking to share it with someone who feels the same!!
