Double Room in Oval - Excellent Location

Hey, I'm Alex and I'm looking for someone to join my flat in Oval starting in June.

It's in a Victorian mansion block with high ceilings and great views over London from the top floor balcony. There's a spacious kitchen with dining table and a large separate living room. Fast fibre internet is included.

Your room is a bright, south facing double bedroom furnished with a desk and wardrobe. There's plenty of space to occasionally work from home, with views of a church across the road from your window. I'm also open to adding more furniture or furnishings to make it more cosy.

The location is excellent for transport: 7 min walk to Oval Northern line station, 15 min to Stockwell Victoria line station, and 1 min from a bus stop with routes to central London. I cycle into the West End in 15 min and the building has convenient covered bike storage.

A bit about me: I'm 25 and work in fintech on a hybrid basis, so some days from home. I enjoy cooking (with mixed results), listening to podcasts (especially The Rest is Politics), cycling around London, and travelling occasionally.
