Looking for a flatmate in the Oval Quarter.

About the room:
Furnished double bedroom with wardrobe, desk and chair. It has blackout windows which also open completely for a breeze in the summer! It has its own bathroom with a bath.

About the flat:
The flat's got 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (mine's ensuite), a living room/dinning room and balcony that overlooks a little park.

It has a washer/dryer, dish washer, pretty good water pressue, water filter system, a lift and is super well insulated in the winter :)

It has council parking year round, and visitor parking permits.

It's 10/15 minutes to Oval, 15/20 to Stockwell, 3 minutes to the closest bus stop, but 7 to the closest 'useful' bus stop.

About me:
I'm half British, half Singaporean and have been in the UK for about 3 years. I work in consulting and work from home 2 days a week. I like chill evenings watching tv or reading, and like going to pilates / spin, out on the weekends and exploring London since I'm still relatively new.
