Friendly house share in Oval

We’re looking for a third person to move into our three bed house in Oval. It’s a cute house in a gated mews community. We’ve got a separate kitchen, living room and conservatory with a garden for summer too.

Would ideally suit someone who is out and about as opposed to working from home full time on the basis there is no room for a desk in the bedroom. It is currently furnished albeit some of this will be taken out (and replaced with alternative furniture) when one of the existing flatmates moves out.

Available to move in immediately. Bills are around £150 a month. Deposit is £1000. There is an option to leave the contract at any time for a £50 fee.

About us:
We’re Ollie and Chloe (26/30) and both work in finance. We met on Spareroom but we get on great. The house is somewhere we come home and chill, have a chat and cook - but we both love a night out/pub trip, along with getting involved in any exercise where we can.

Chloe is leaving the house in the next 6 weeks on the basis she has bought a property, so there will be an additional room going spare from July (ish) onwards and the option to bring in a friend etc.
