We have a fantastic room becoming available in our Oval property.

This is the largest bedroom in the flat, at over 14m². It has everything you could possibly want in a bedroom, including a study desk area, as well as a dining area. There are loads of lights, including a multi coloured floor lamp, controllable from the bed. The room is to the rear of the building, so is super quiet.

There is stacks of storage, with 4 large drawers under the bed, a full sized wardrobe, as well as chest of drawers and tall book case.

The bedroom comes fully equipped with everything you see in the pictures, except for all the bedding such as duvet, mattress protector and pillows.

This first-floor flat is truly stunning, having just been refurbished to a very high standard a few years ago. All the bedrooms have been totally redecorated, with all new carpets and flooring throughout.

The flat boasts two modern shower rooms, both with toilets and vanity areas.

Our kitchen is very spacious and bright – and equipped with all appliances, including a tumble drier and two large American style fridges and white quartz worktops. It has a large dining table, perfect to get all flat mates together for a meal.

The flat is just seconds away from Brixton Road, and an easy walk to either Brixton or Oval tubes. A bus stop is also just a minute away, which can take you into central London very easily.

Several Tesco stores and a Co-op are also very nearby, so food shopping is super convenient.

A cleaner will visit the flat once a week, to keep the communal areas to a high standard.

This flat would ideally suit non-smoking professionals or international students who are keen to live in wonderful surroundings whilst studying in London.

The rent includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, fast wireless broadband Internet and cleaner). You do not have to pay for anything extra.

We ask for one week’s rent to reserve the room. On the day you move in we would then expect a further 3 weeks’ rent to make up the 4-week deposit, plus the first month’s rent in advance. (The four-week deposit is then registered with the Deposit Protection Scheme for your peace of mind.)
