Double room available two minutes away from Oval station. 728 per month (around 80 per month bills).

The flat is brilliantly located in central London, minutes away from Oval and Kennington Tube stations (Northern Line) and 10 minute walk from Vauxhall. Big Tesco 10 minute walk away and a 24hr shop round the corner. Gym also 5 min walk away, with a big park just across the road.

The flat itself has a nice spacious living room in the middle which is a good communal space for watching telly etc. The available room is a really good size (big double bed) with a nice street view.

You'd be living with two friendly males in late twenties, George and Rhys. Our interests include Music, Sports (esp. Football and Boxing!), Gaming.

We're looking for someone who's friendly, tidy, nice to live with and sociable but also happy with own space. The tidy + friendly parts are especially important to us, as we want to all be comfortable living here!

George works as a music manager and primarily works from the flat, with occasional travel over weekends. He loves gaming and going to music events in his spare time.

Rhys is a public affairs consultant and works hybrid a role in central London (2-3 days in office per week). He loves football (big Newcastle Utd fan), boxing, and is a keen musician (piano, drums and music production).
