**Amazing Central Oval/Brixton Flat Share***

Sadly my time to move to move out of this amazing flat with a 10/10 central/south LDN location and even better flatmates.
Been in lots of flat shares in my time and this is hands down the best one yet!

Current flatmates:
Dom (31) Australian. NHS Physio working out of the house 5 days a week. Keen cyclist, loves a triathlon and anything sports related - he's active!
Loves to travel. Is also friendly and pretty funny.
Craig (28) British. Works in strategy and ops for a tech company. In the office 4 days a week.
Big into watching sports, keeping fit, hanging out with mates and having a laugh.

Both genuinely so sweet and there to help in anyway needs be. Top quality & judgement free chats from both of them!

Weeknights in the flat are mostly low key / early to bed. We sometimes have dinner together, chuck on some good telly and there are always some great bants. Weekends, we're often out with respective friends, keeping fit, exploring London or off travelling. We enjoy each others company but equally very much respect one another's
space.

Looking for:
Female or male Between 27-35, no students or couples.
Keen for our home to be a chilled safe sanctuary with good vibes, not a noisy party house (although we all fall guilty of coming through the door at 4am from time to time).

Someone who keeps their own and communal areas clean - always tidy up after ourselves and have a cleaning rota for the bathroom etc. which works out great.

Friends/partners are always welcome to stay and the guys do not mind if you like to have dinner parties etc. just have the rule of no afters (unless the flats free).

The flat:
Ground floor. 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, spacious shared lounge and lovely kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer etc.
The bedroom comes with a double bed, double cupboard and chest of drawers
Huge communal garden with fire pit and BBQ for Summer - proper sun trap space! Secure parking and bike sheds in gated complex.

£1,033 rent per month plus bills (£+/- £80 each) - bargain for the flat and location!!!
£500 deposit + 1st months rent due 4th April

Location: Brixton road, 8 minute walk to Oval station and PureGym / The Gym. There is also a Fitness First just in Brixton.
