Double bedroom available for short-term sublet (3–4 weeks) in a quiet family home. The room includes a comfortable double bed and will be provided fully cleared of my personal belongings, allowing you to settle in with your own space.

The room is available for female tenants only. You will also have designated storage in the kitchen, including a cupboard and one drawer each in the fridge and freezer if needed.

This is a peaceful household, so we are looking for someone respectful of the environment. No guests or parties please, as another female resident works early mornings and values a quiet home during the week.

The sublet is ideal for someone looking for a short, calm stay. More details can be provided, and viewings can be arranged if requested and works with my schedule. Subletting for 5-26th April. Hoping to start from 5th April, but I am flexible if you want it sooner or later, also with the possibility of having it extended to 1 full month, but it will be for 800 total.

There is a Lidl about 20 mins walk away, if that is too far there are shops nearby within 5 mins walk. Oval station is about 10 min walk away.
