Double room in friendly houseshare

I'm moving out of my lovely room in Oval and looking for someone to take over the tanancy until the contract ends in July!

The room is a nice double, half furnished with bed and wardrobe (open to selling some of my furniture). The house is lovely, with lots of space, a garden, dining room, living room and extra laundry room. You'd also get your own bathroom on the donwstairs floor!

You'd be sharing with 3 girls in their mid-twenties, 2 Spanish, 1 Italian. We've all been sharing flats for the past few years, and the vibe in the house is nice and homely. There's often flat dinners together, walks, pub visits or other creative activities.

We're looking for someone who would fit in well in my place for the last few months! Vegetarians or vegan preferred, ideally no men (sorry!), someone clean (we found the perfect cleaning rota for us) and who would be happy to socialise in the flat!

Monthly rent is 1037.50£ (without bills, which are usually about 150/200£) and the deposit is £1211. Open to contract name changes, in which case you might need a guarantor or references.
